Withdrawing from Vidal: what a bonus does to your payout
A withdrawal is where the promises of a promotion meet reality. If your balance is all real money, the request follows the normal cashier rules. If a bonus is involved, three things can change the amount you receive: unfinished wagering, a cap on bonus winnings and a sticky bonus that is deducted at payout. This guide explains the withdrawal steps at Vidal and how each of those clauses works. Available methods and limits depend on your account — check the cashier.
Go to the offerBefore you request a withdrawal
- Look at your bonus area. Is a bonus active? How much wagering is left?
- Check verification. Identity and payment-method checks are usually required before the first payout.
- Choose the method. Casinos generally pay back to the method you used to deposit, where possible.
- Request the amount. Then avoid playing with the pending amount if the cashier allows reversing it.
Three clauses that change the amount
| Clause | What it does at withdrawal |
|---|---|
| Unfinished wagering | Bonus and its winnings may be cancelled by the request |
| Cashout cap | Bonus winnings above the cap are removed |
| Sticky bonus | The bonus amount itself is deducted before payment |
Example: you finish wagering on a 50 sticky bonus with a balance of 400, and the offer has a cap of 300 on bonus winnings. The cap may reduce the withdrawable amount and the sticky bonus is deducted, so what reaches you can be noticeably less than the balance on screen (illustrative example, not a Vidal condition). Each clause is described on the bonus terms page.
Finish, forfeit or wait
If you are ahead with wagering still incomplete, you have a real choice. Finishing means more bets and an expected cost; forfeiting means losing the bonus and its winnings but keeping any real money that was spent first, depending on the order of balances; waiting means nothing changes until the deadline. Work out the expected cost of finishing with the wagering method before you decide.
Withdrawing to each method
Cards such as Visa and Mastercard do not always accept payouts, in which case a bank transfer may be offered instead. E-wallets like Skrill and Neteller usually work in both directions. Crypto withdrawals in Bitcoin or USDT need the right network and your own wallet address. Processing times and charges depend on the operator and your provider; the cashier shows the current details for your account.
If a withdrawal is refused
Ask for the reason in writing and the exact clause it relies on. Keep screenshots of your balance, the bonus area and the terms in force when you accepted the offer. If the answer does not resolve it, the complaints guide explains the next steps.
