USDT at Vidal: stablecoin deposits, networks and bonus rules
USDT, also known as Tether, is a stablecoin: a crypto token designed to keep a steady value against a regular currency. For casino deposits that stability solves the main problem of paying in a volatile coin — the amount that arrives is close to the amount you sent, which makes it easier to hit a bonus minimum exactly. It also introduces a choice that cards never ask you to make: which network to send on. Available methods and limits depend on your account — check the cashier.
Go to the offerThe network question
USDT runs on several blockchains. A deposit address in the cashier belongs to one specific network, and the coins must be sent on that same network. Sending on another one is the most common and most expensive mistake with stablecoins: the funds may never arrive and can be impossible to recover. Copy the address and the network label together, every time, and send a small test amount first if you are unsure.
Depositing USDT
- Choose USDT in the cashier and pick the network offered.
- Activate the bonus now if you want it — not after sending.
- Send from a wallet you control, on the matching network.
- Wait for the confirmations the casino requires and check the balance and bonus area.
Why a stablecoin helps with bonus minimums
With a volatile coin, a deposit that was above the qualifying minimum when sent can land below it after conversion. A stablecoin narrows that gap. If the bonus requires 50 and you send 55 in USDT, the converted amount should still be above 50 after network fees (illustrative example, not a Vidal condition). The bonus itself — standard or crypto-specific — is judged with the same wagering method as any other.
Crypto promotions and exclusions
For bonus purposes USDT is normally treated as crypto. If the casino runs a separate crypto offer, a USDT deposit falls under it; if crypto is excluded from promotions, a USDT deposit arrives without a bonus. Read the terms before choosing the coin. More on this in the crypto overview.
Withdrawing USDT
Withdrawals go to the USDT address you provide, on the network the cashier specifies. Verification is generally required before the first payout. If a bonus is active, the standard clauses apply: an early withdrawal request may cancel the bonus and its winnings, and caps can reduce the amount. See the withdrawal guide.
