Privacy policy

casinovidal.net is a reading site. It has no player accounts, no login, no cashier and no forms that ask for documents or payment details. This policy explains the small amount of information the site does handle, why, and what you can do about it. It does not cover the operator's site: anything you enter there — registration details, identity documents, payment information — is governed by the operator's own privacy policy.

What is collected

When you visit, standard technical data is processed: the pages you view, the approximate time spent on them, the referring page, your browser and device type, and an IP address used to estimate your country. If you write to us by email, we receive your address and whatever you include in the message.

Why it is collected

Technical data helps us understand which guides are read, which are hard to follow and where links are broken. Emails are used only to answer you and, where you report an error, to correct the page. We do not sell personal data and we do not build marketing profiles of readers.

Analytics and partner links

The site uses an analytics service to measure visits and clicks, including clicks on buttons that lead to the operator's site. Those buttons pass through partner links; the operator or its affiliate network may record that you arrived from this site, under their own policies. We do not receive your account details from the operator.

Retention

Analytics data is kept in aggregated reports and deleted on the schedule of the analytics service. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve the question or correction it concerns.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask for corrections and ask for deletion. Write to info@casinovidal.net with your request. Because the site has no accounts, the data we can link to you is usually limited to correspondence.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection. Because no accounts or payments exist here, the main security advice concerns the operator's site: use a unique password there, enable two-step verification if offered, and only enter details on addresses you have confirmed. The page on mirrors and alternative access explains how to recognise imitations.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version replaces this page. Significant changes will be noted at the top of the page.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them mainly for analytics — to tell a returning visitor from a new one and to count clicks. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the guides remain fully readable without them. Partner links may set cookies on the operator's or network's side to record a referral; those are governed by their policies.

Data you give the operator

Registration, identity verification and payments all happen on the operator's site, not here. The documents you upload for verification and the payment details you enter are processed by the operator and its service providers under the operator's privacy policy and licence. If you have a question about that data — what is kept, for how long, and who receives it — ask the operator directly and request the answer in writing.

For bonus disputes in particular, it is worth keeping your own copies of the promotion terms, your bet history and your correspondence. The complaints page explains what to save.
